Flamingos in pink,
Butterflies in blue—
If you wonder who made them,
It’s the God who made you!

Morning rays of gentle light
Pierce through clouds of cotton white—
Guess who made them.
You guessed right!
The God who guards you through the night.

Honey golden, buzzing bees,
Rocky meadows, and crashing seas—
Guess who made them.
You’re not wrong!
The God who made the bluebird’s song.

Our God is an artist, a master, and light,
To lead us through darkness and carry us through night.
