What happens when we are separated from a holy God? Would God really send judgment on the whole world?
Because God is holy, He must punish sin. Over time, Adam and Eve’s family became more and more wicked. God was not pleased with the sin He saw. What did He do? He sent a Flood that would wipe out all the people on the earth—all except Noah and his family. This was His judgment because God must punish sin (Genesis 7:23).
