Vegetables are edible parts of plants, such as roots, stems, and leaves. God created veggies with the vitamins and minerals we need to keep our bodies healthy and strong!
- Most corn cobs have between 8–20 rows of kernels, but the number is almost always even!

- In 1995, potatoes were the first vegetable to be grown in space.
- Carrots are about 85–95% water.
